HOW TO USE

Mega Oil can be consumed straight from the bottle, or added to your favourite foods from pasta, rice, vegetables, salads, yoghurt or fruit.



Dosage (note that dosages may vary depending on weight or size)

- Children age 1-15 can consume 1ml per age (up to 15ml p/day)

-  Adults 16 and over can consume 1 tablespoon (20ml) 1 to 2 times p/day

Absolute Lifesaver

After my battle with breast cancer I had to be put into medical menoupause to prevent the cancer from recurring. I already had dry skin, but this shift in hormones has made my skin extremely sensitive and itchy, to the point where some days I can't tolerate clothing, and when I can I can only really wear super soft bamboo. I also learned to nourish my skin from the inside by adding evoo and fish oils to my diet. However, the most effective addition to my diet has been this Mega Oil. Unfortunately, as a breast cancer survivor, I am supposed to avoid flaxseed oil, so I can't use this oil as often as I'd like, but using a full bottle once or twice a year has been an absolute game changer, and then I can maintain the results for a while through a Mediterranean diet (As an aside, if there was a flaxseed oil free version I'd be all over it, but I understand that there wouldn't be much call for it, except in my specific situation). In my case, it takes about 3 weeks to see results, so stay with it.
I use this as a dipping oil with some nice sourdough bread, either by itself or with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Add some Himalayan salt, pepper and paprika and you've got yourself a gourmet treat! Delicious and nutritious :)
